RegisterGhana at 70 Bible-reading event. January 2027
Join people across the nation and around the world for a seven-day public Bible reading as we honour God, celebrate our heritage and declare His Word over Ghana.
Genesis to Revelation
Ghana Reads The Bible will bring together traditional rulers, clergy, public officials, institutions, sports personalities, creatives, students, families and Ghanaians from every walk of life.
Each participant will receive a portion of Scripture. Together, their voices will form one continuous public declaration of the Bible—from Genesis to Revelation.
This space will introduce a distinguished reader participating in Ghana Reads The Bible and share their connection to the historic national celebration.
Featured Reader Coming SoonAssigned readers will read the Holy Bible in an organized sequence, beginning with Genesis and continuing through Revelation. Audiences in Ghana and worldwide will be able to follow the readings online.
Follow the complete seven-day, ten-hours-per-day reading journey from Genesis through Revelation.
Before the main event, each reader will submit a pre-recorded video of themselves reading their assigned Scripture passage. Our team will edit each video for optimal output—adjusting brightness, contrast, saturation, ambience and more—before livestreaming the first Virtual Mock Run from September 21–28, 2026. To allow ample time for editing, all submissions for the September mock run must be received by September 15, 2026. Thereafter, an additional Virtual Mock Run will be held during the last week of each subsequent month to welcome new readers and help us continually test, refine and optimize our processes in preparation for the main event.
