Thank you for your interest in Ghana Reads The Bible, a national Bible-reading celebration commemorating the seventieth anniversary of Ghana's independence. This initiative is organized by Equity & Access Foundation (Ghana–USA) in partnership with Gap Junction Ministries Inc. (USA).
To ensure transparency and protect all invited guests and participants, please carefully note the following:
1. Participation Is Entirely Free and Voluntary
Participation in Ghana Reads The Bible, including both the virtual mock-run and the main celebration in January 2027, is completely free of charge and entirely voluntary.
No participant is required to pay any registration fee, processing fee, administrative fee or any other form of financial contribution in order to participate in the event.
Acceptance of this invitation does not create any financial obligation whatsoever on the part of the invitee.
2. No Financial Compensation
Participation in Ghana Reads The Bible is an act of faith, thanksgiving and national service.
Participants, readers and invited guests will not receive any financial compensation, honorarium, stipend, allowance, reimbursement or remuneration for their participation in the event.
By accepting this invitation, participants acknowledge that their involvement is voluntary and undertaken without expectation of financial reward.
3. Fraud Warning
Neither Ghana Reads The Bible, Equity & Access Foundation (Ghana–USA), nor Gap Junction Ministries Inc. (USA) has authorized any individual, organization or representative to solicit money, donations or payments from invited participants in exchange for participation, preferential placement or any other benefit connected with the event.
Any communication requesting funds, bank transfers, mobile-money payments, gifts or financial commitments in connection with participation in Ghana Reads The Bible should be regarded as fraudulent.
4. Report Fraudulent Activity
Recipients are strongly advised to disregard, report and block any individual or organization that requests money or other forms of payment in relation to this event.
Any suspicious communication should be reported immediately using the official contact details provided in the invitation package.
5. Official Communication Channels
All official correspondence relating to Ghana Reads The Bible will be communicated only through the contact details contained in the invitation materials and on the official platforms of the event.
Participants are encouraged to verify any questionable communication before taking any action.
6. Disclaimer of Liability

(USA) disclaim all responsibility and liability for losses, damages or inconveniences arising from unauthorized solicitations or fraudulent representations made by third parties purporting to act on behalf of the event.
